Ours engineers are trained to a very high standard and we continually make improvements to keep up with the fast paced electrical regulations BS7671. We also like to keep up to date by attending Aico smoke detection and ventilation courses provided by the NICEIC. Our company culture is followed by all of our engineers to be polite clean and tidy. We always arrive on time with sign written vans for customer assurance.

EICR FOR LANDLORDS/LETTING AGENTS

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a report carried out to assess the safety of the existing electrical installation within a property and is used to describe its condition.

Its purpose is to confirm as far as possible whether or not the electrical maintenance of the property is adequate.

Whether it is a home, business or property you rent you should always be covered by an in date EICR.

Rented properties should be tested every 5 years minimum.

Landlords must provide a copy of the report to the tenants.

We can provide all EICR regulation reports for your properties. All of our electricians are assessed regularly to ensure they are competent of meeting the relevant safety standards, giving you the best service and peace of mind.

We are currently running a deal for landlords and estate agents on EICR'S.
