OUR OFFER
We are able to offer an NICEIC Approved Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at a low cost. We are here to offer guidance every STEP of the way.
We do all the hard work for you! We arrange a booking with your tenant or letting agent to carry out the work. All our information is sent via email and PDF documents.
OUR PROMISE
We promised to provide an EICR in the most efficient way. Our office team will make direct contact with your tenant and letting agent. Our friendly engineers attend the property and carry out the electrical inspection to the highest standards. Our internal qualifying manager will check through and sign off the necessary documents. At this stage, if there are repairs required, we will then begin discussions on how to get your property to a Satisfactory standard. If this step is not required we will then share the Satisfactory documenst with you.
